Look at me...I'm 3 months old!

Look at me, I'm 3 months old today! My parents can't believe how big I'm getting! They think I'm probably around 12 pounds, at least. I'm doing all sorts of new things. My two biggest accomplishments are laughing and grabbing! Yep...the day my daddy has been waiting for since I was born has finally arrived. I can laugh! I don't do it that often because I want them to really appreciate it, but when I do it's just the cutest thing...or so I hear! Also, if you put one of my toys, like my new favorite moo cow, in reaching distance I will grab it. My hands still move really slow, but I do have control of them. :) Yipee! Maybe soon I'll figure out how to get that thumb in my mouth.

10. "I'm tired and want to be wrapped up and put away now please!"

9. "Why do they keep putting me on my tummy...I HATE tummy time! When are they going to figure this out?"

8. "WWWWHHHHYYYY does it take so long for my bottle to heat up?!"

It's Official....

Vivi has now met all 5 of her grandparents! She's one lucky little girl! They all think she's just the cutest thing ever and so do we! We really do have the cutest baby EVER...and I'm not just saying that. ;)

Heavenly...

Vivi got baptized on Saturday, January 15th. As Uncle Bryan put it, "Vivi, we're so glad you can get into heaven now." Nice uncle...ha ha.

What a difference a swaddle makes!

Thank goodness for You Tube! Vivi's Houdini hand would always escape the swaddle and would wake her up at night. Hence the bottom picture. I can't tell you how many times I've had to re-swaddle Vivi in the middle of the night. We have a handy-dandy video monitor and there are times when I swear that little hand is just waving at me (maybe flipping me off, I'm not sure) saying..."haha...look at me, I've escaped!" I don't know what gave me the idea to You Tube swaddling, but thank goodness I did. Now look at the top picture....see that smiling face?! Since I've enforced the new "Double Swaddle", as it's called, Vivi's Houdini hands have yet to escape! Drum roll please..........

VIVI SLEPT 9 1/2 HOURS LAST NIGHT!!!!

Look at me! I'm 2 months old!

Look at me! I'm 2 months old today! I'm getting so big and chubby. Last week I weighed 10 pounds and 9 ounces. I go to the doctor next week for my two month shots :( and they'll weigh me again. My mommy thinks I'll definitely be an 11 pounder by then as much as I'm eating! I'm smiling ALL the time and am on the verge of laughing. I can't fit into any of my newborn clothes and now wear size 0-3 months comfortably. These are my first pair of jeans and they fit perfectly....thanks Aunt Jesse for my Gap Skinny Jeans! I love taking baths and playing with all of my toys. I'm awake more during the day and love to talk to anyone that will listen. I still like to wake up during the night, but my parents are REALLY praying that changes soon! It's still my world and they're just living in it!
