Too Drool For School

Drool....Drool...Drool...Drool...this is Vivi's new thing. She is drooling ALL the time. Of course everyone's first reaction is that she must be teething. I asked the doctor about it and he said that only about once every 3-4 years does he actually see a 4 month old get a tooth. He said drooling is just part of being a baby! So, no, she's most likely not teething to everyone that says that once they see all that drool. :) I'm afraid Vivi's just going to be one of those babies that will always need a bib! At least we have some cute bibs! :)

4 months old...can I BE any cuter?

Look at me...I'm 4 months old! I'm getting so chub! I now weigh 13 pounds 5 ounces. I've also almost outgrown my 0-3 month clothes and my size 1 diapers! Pretty soon I'm going to double my birth rate. It must be all those bottles! I'm now eating 6 ounces of formula five times a day. I'm such a good baby...I'm happy almost all the time. I smile, laugh, coo, sing, squeal, and sometimes yell! I'm one vocal little baby. I can grab toys with one hand and bring them to my mouth or give them to my other hand. I also like being on my tummy now, which is a new development! My personal goal for this next month is to grab my toe-toes. I stare at them ALL the time and I want them SO bad, but I can't figure out how to get them. I know I'll be able to figure that out soon!

Look at me...I'm 3 months old!

Look at me, I'm 3 months old today! My parents can't believe how big I'm getting! They think I'm probably around 12 pounds, at least. I'm doing all sorts of new things. My two biggest accomplishments are laughing and grabbing! Yep...the day my daddy has been waiting for since I was born has finally arrived. I can laugh! I don't do it that often because I want them to really appreciate it, but when I do it's just the cutest thing...or so I hear! Also, if you put one of my toys, like my new favorite moo cow, in reaching distance I will grab it. My hands still move really slow, but I do have control of them. :) Yipee! Maybe soon I'll figure out how to get that thumb in my mouth.

10. "I'm tired and want to be wrapped up and put away now please!"

9. "Why do they keep putting me on my tummy...I HATE tummy time! When are they going to figure this out?"

8. "WWWWHHHHYYYY does it take so long for my bottle to heat up?!"

7. "These same ol' toys again? I just played with these 2 hours ago."

6. "Oh no....I pooped so much it's now coming up my back....Mommy, clean me!"

5. "How long will it take for my parents to figure out that they make overnight diapers?! Geez...it's like they've never done this before!"

It's Official....

Vivi has now met all 5 of her grandparents! She's one lucky little girl! They all think she's just the cutest thing ever and so do we! We really do have the cutest baby EVER...and I'm not just saying that. ;)
